A broader definition of the word diet is “a particular type of thing that you experience or do regularly, or a limited range of activities”. In other words, a regimen — the activities, objects or experiences that you are exposed or expose yourself to on a regular basis.

There are all sorts of diets in life. Food, media, thoughts and feelings. What we put or allow in our bodies and minds on a daily basis.
